STRICT NO-REFUND & NO-EXCHANGE POLICY
Please note that Devnaré follows a strict No-Refund and No-Exchange policy for all purchases. Once an order is placed and processed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged for another item, store credit, or cash refund. This policy is in place due to the delicate nature of our products and to maintain the highest levels of hygiene and quality control.
EXCEPTIONS FOR TRANSIT DAMAGE The only exception to our policy is if an item arrives damaged during transit. To be eligible for a replacement, you must strictly adhere to the following:

COMPULSORY UNBOXING VIDEO: A clear, continuous, and unedited unboxing video is mandatory.

The video must start before the courier seal is broken.

It must clearly show the shipping label and order details.

The video must show the entire process of opening the package and revealing the damaged item in one single take (no cuts, edits, or pauses).

REPORTING WINDOW: Damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Please email the unboxing video and your order number to [Your Email Address].

RESOLUTION: Once the video is reviewed and the damage is verified, we will ship a replacement for the same item. If the item is out of stock, we will offer a store credit or an alternative of equal value.
NON-RETURNABLE SITUATIONS:

Absence of a complete, unedited unboxing video.

Claims made after the 24-hour delivery window.

"Change of mind" or personal preference regarding style/color.

Minor handcrafted variations.
