Shipping Policy

ORDER PROCESSING
We strive to process and dispatch all Devnaré orders within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched.

SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATES
Shipping is free within Keralam

Standard Delivery: 5–9 business days.

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates provided by courier partners and are not guaranteed.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email or SMS containing your tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking link to become active.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Devnaré is not responsible for orders that are undelivered due to incorrect address information or the customer being unavailable. A re-shipping fee will apply if a package is returned to us and needs to be sent again.

TAXES & DUTIES
For domestic orders, applicable taxes are included or calculated at checkout. Devnaré is not responsible for any customs, duties, or local taxes applied to international orders. All such fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

SHIPMENT LOSS
Devnaré is not liable for products lost or stolen once they have been marked as "Delivered" by the courier partner. For items damaged during transit, please refer to our Exchange & Return Policy regarding the mandatory unboxing video.
